Paakhi and Anshuman were married to each other in their childhood. But due to some misunderstanding thereafter, their families had fought and separated. Anshuman’s family moved to the city, while Paakhi’s family continued to live in the village. Paakhi grew up hearing the stories of her marriage and wholeheartedly believed that Anshuman was her husband. 18 years after the incident, she was still waiting for him to come back and accept her. Anshuman, on the other hand, has no memory of his childhood marriage. He is now an upcoming businessman who has a self-made empire. He was also married and has a 7-year-old son. But unfortunately, his second wife passed away. When the story begins, Anshuman is poised to marry a third time, to a business magnate’s daughter. That’s when the press stumble upon the skeletons in Anshuman’s closet – his child marriage. The revelation threatens to blow into a scandal and in order to quell the media-fire, Anshuman promises to bring back his child bride. The gullible Paakhi is overjoyed to finally unite with her childhood love and husband after a long wait of 18 years. But the devious Anshuman had other plans. Will Anshuman succeed in his sinister plan or will the innocent Paakhi make him realize the value of true love?
