Aditya is a jet setting city boy - aggressive and impatient. Aditya’s parents had a troubled marriage, and that has had a deep impact on him too. Very early in his life, he learnt to replace love and relationships with materialistic pleasures of life. However, deep down, he had a heart of gold. Pankhuri is a small town girl who lives in a joint family and has been brought up with typical middle class values. Since she was raised in a protected environment, Pankhuri is untouched by the cynical distrust of the city. Aditya’s grandfather first meets Pankhuri and is very charmed by her innocence and loving approach to life. She instills a hope in him that the experience of love might not be totally lost to Aditya. He requests Pakhuri to marry Aditya, but Pankhuri refuses. Later, when she moves to Mumbai for further studies, Aditya’s grandfather insists that Pankhuri stay in their mansion, hanging on to hope that cupid will strike between Aditya and Pankhuri. Pankhuri’s friendship changes Aditya’s attitude and he becomes a more sincere and honest man maturely stepping into adulthood. Meanwhile Pankhuri’s marriage is fixed with someone else, but due to some complications, Aditya ends up marrying Pankhuri. Will their strong friendship also convert into a strong marital bond?? Will Aditya finally find love?
