The Goenka family is celebrating the graduation of their granddaughters, Akshara and Aarohi, both of whom have distinct paths ahead. Akshara, a talented musician with a deep love for her family, and Aarohi, the daughter of Sirat, is pursuing a medical degree. Aarohi has always felt overshadowed by Akshara in her mother's affection, leading to a secret resentment. Both women find themselves falling for Dr. Abhimanyu Birla (Abhi), a skilled surgeon and heir to the prestigious Birla Empire. However, Abhi is adamant about his disbelief in love and marriage. 

As life presents challenges, Akshara and Abhi's fondness for each other grows, though they remain unaware of their true feelings. Meanwhile, Aarohi concocts a web of lies to convince both families that she and Abhi are the perfect match. The situation takes a dramatic turn when Akshara uncovers Aarohi's deceit regarding her MD degree, which she planned to obtain through dishonest means. 

Despite her own feelings for Abhi, Akshara chooses to keep Aarohi's secrets to preserve her sister's relationship. Eventually, Akshara and Abhi admit their love, but Abhi feels obligated to marry Aarohi. Suspicion mounts, and on the wedding day, Abhi confronts Aarohi about her lies, revealing he never loved her. Accusations fly, leaving Akshara unfairly blamed. 

Now, Akshara and Abhi must navigate a complex path to be together while facing family disapproval and uncertainty surrounding Aarohi's next moves.
