Radha and Krishna are legendary lovers. Radha was not just Krishna’s consort but his devotee too. Sreedama who claimed to be Krishna’s most ardent devotee opposed his love and affection for Radha. He objected to Krishna adopting Radha’s name into his and devotees taking her name in the same breath before his. He argued with Radha that her love was only make-believe. His devotion was higher than her love. He curses Radha that she will forget Krishna for 100 years and banishes her to Earth. But love knows no boundaries. Krishna is reborn on Earth and the story of their undying love is told once again.
